Notice for Enrolment in PhD Program-March 2022
Applications are invited in the prescribed form for enrolment in PhD Program in
Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University for the academic session to be started from March 2022.
Eligibility & Academic qualification:
The PhD degree shall be awarded by this University under any one of the following Faculties:
| Faculty of Medicine | Faculty of dentistry |
| Faculty of surgery | Faculty of Paediatrics |
| Faculty of Basic Science & Paraclinical Science | Faculty of Preventive & Social Medicine |
a) The applicant must have a MBBS, BDS or any equivalent degree (recognized by BMDC).
b) The applicant must have a MD/MS/M.Phil/FCPS/MPH or any equivalent qualification
(recognized by the BMDC) in respective discipline.
c) Teachers already in service can apply through proper channel.
d) Doctors on Job having postgraduate degree can apply through channel.

You have to pay 4000.00 BDT (non refundable) in favor of ADMISSION AND MISC. FUND-SND

Period of Payment of Application Fees :
From 13 January to 27 February 2022.
Period for Submission of Application :
From 15 January to 28 February 2022.
Submission of Application
After payment of application fees,candidate must fill the Application Form available at BSMMU website : www.bsmmu.edu.bd within above mentioned deadline and submit the Application form with all necessary papers to the office of the Deputy Registrar (Academic),
Room # 230, 2nd Floor, Block-B, Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University, Shahbag, Dhaka.
