BMDC Certificate renewal 2024

Every physician national or international have to need BMDC registration for practice in Bangladesh as a doctors. Cannot be renewed BMDC certificate for more than 5 years.

BMDC registration renewal Fee 1000 BDT . Service charge 150 BDT. A total of 1150 BDT. Delay fee is 500 BDT (per year).

Where to download BMDC renewal form 

You can Download the renewal form from BMDC’s official website,(for download click below the link) then print it out and fill it up. After completing all the steps mentioned below, at the end of the online payment, take a picture of this form and upload it in pdf format.

BMDC Renewal online 2024

You have to register first with all the information in ‘User registration’ on the BMDC website.After giving all the profile information will give a Login ID (12 digit) & Password (6 digit). You will need to login later with this information.Then login and Dashboard option will come.

Steps for User Registration:

1. NID verification (must be entered)
2. Photo uploading (size 300 * 300)
3. Document upload-  (1. NID Card, 2. e-TIN certificate 12 digit, 3. BM&DC full registration certificate original one, 4. MBBS / BDS certificate) All these need to be submitted in pdf format. Total 4 documents can be uploaded.
4. Make my payment (Going to this option and selecting why you want to pay will show you the fee set for you.If you want urgent service, select ‘yes’, you have to pay extra 300 BDT.Then Card / Mobile banking / Net banking option will come. Pay at your convenience.Cash payment is now closed.

After completing above tasks through online at BMDC website, you have to go to BM&DC office with hardcopy of following documents.

1. Payment slip print copy (already mentioned)
2. Original BMDC registration certificate
3. Photocopy of TIN (must be attested with seal, signature & date)
4. Photocopy of NID card (must be attested with seal, signature & date)
5. Properly filled application form of renewal

How many times take for this?

If these are submitted to the BMDC office at the designated place and if ‘urgent’ is mentioned, the request will be given on the same day.
The regular takes 5 days. Date will be informed in sms. If you go between 10 am and 2 am, you can bring a renewed certificate on that day.If you want to bring it later (at the date of sms) you have to take another copy of Payment slip print.
