Side effect after corona vaccination 

A total of 370,000 people have been vaccinated in last the three days since the launch of the Covid-19 vaccination campaign in India.

Of those vaccinated, 580 people had side effects. 7 people of them have been admitted to the hospital. The country’s media outlet NDTV reported on Monday that two people had died in India after being vaccinated against the novel coronavirus. But the country’s government has told the vaccine has nothing to do with the deaths of the two COVID patients. Mahipal Singh(46) worked as a ward boy at a government hospital in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh. He died within 24 hours of receiving the Nobel corona virus vaccine last Saturday. He was vaccinated at around 1.30 pm on last Saturday, the first day of corona vaccination. The district’s chief medical officer said the vaccine had nothing to do with Mahipal’s death. 

Corona vaccine news update 

The government says Mahipal’s autopsy report states he died of cardiogenic shock or sudden cardiac arrest. Mahipal was suffering from heart disease. According to his family, he was ill before he was vaccinated. Meanwhile, another 43 year old man was found dead in Bellary, Karnataka. The government said the cause of death would be known after the autopsy report. 

Type of Corona vaccine 

• The largest vaccination program in India provided two types of Covid-19 vaccine. One type is the “Covishield” vaccine, developed by the Serum Institute of India, has been distributed in all the states of India. 
• On the other type “Covaccin” made by Bharat Biotech International Limited has been supplied to 12 states of the INDIA. 

Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the vaccination program at 10 : 30am local time on Saturday. He inaugurated the program through simultaneous video conferencing at 3,000 vaccination centers across the whole India.
