became unconscious for 2 hours and her BP was 85/60 mmHg.

c) How will you manage this patient?
4) Write short notes on:
a) How will you evaluate a 50-year-old man presented with spontaneous hypoglycaemia?
b) What factors to be considered before prescribing anti-epileptie drug in epilepsy
patient?
c) How will you approach a 25-year-old woman presented with recurrent jaundice?
d) Enumerate the local and systemic effects of venomous snake bite.
e) Make a checklist of clinical information of 20-year-old woman presented with short

Q.1. A 32-year-old woman presented with complaints of generalized weakness, difficulty in swallowing and double vision. Her muscle tone and power with all reflexes were diminished.
Her planter was equivocal on both sides.
